On October 24, 2024, the University of Saint Joseph held a screening of SHIFT Everybody’s Work, a documentary by Chad Tingle exploring evolving workplace dynamics. Following the film, Dr. Melissa-Sue John joined a panel with healthcare professionals including Kim Kim, MSN; Kyesha Buckham, BSN; Krystal Myers, DNP; Lucinda Canty, PhD; Shoushounova Dallas, MSN; and Dani Brochu, DNP. Moderated by Christiana Best-Giacomini, PhD, the discussion delved into inclusivity and workplace adaptation. Leaders from the Northern Connecticut Black Nurses Association and the National Association of Hispanic Nurses shared insights, and USJ celebrated students awarded the New England Minority Nurse Leadership Scholarships.
