By now, you have learned the Lauren Simone Pubs family are a group of travelers. We love to be outside, preferably taken far far away via plane. And there is nothing better than a good priced plane ticket.
Breeze Airways is an American low-cost airline headquartered in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. The airline was founded by David Neeleman, who previously co-founded Morris Air, WestJet, JetBlue, and Azul Linhas Aereas.
Cost. Super cheap tickets offered for $35-99 each way. OMG, my Uber cost more!
Destinations. Flies to Raleigh, Charlotte, Arizona and Florida. I went to Raleigh, NC for $99 round trip.
App. Downloaded but only used for checking in. Ticket was in my apple wallet and gate change information was texted to me. App has boarding passes accessible for use though.
Personal item. One personal item per person is free up to 17 inches.
Additional fees. You have to pay extra for baggage ($35-55) and seats ($15-35). I skipped these fees by carrying a backpack and getting a random seat. I got a window seat. Single traveling passengers were invited to move to the front for weight distribution. However no one checked if we paid to carry bags. No rebooking fees, cancellation fees, or penalty up to 15 minutes before departure!
Plane. It is smaller than average commercial plane but bigger than small planes. Two seats on one side and three on the other. This was perfect for my daughters sitting together 20A and 20C.
Comfortable seats 
. Each seat is reasonably spaced from one in front of it. It has an adjustable head rest and reclining seats.
Entertainment. No television or radio or Wi-Fi so bring a book or magazine.
Coat 
hook 
. Instead of folding your coat, you can hook it in between the seats.
Friendly flight attendants and gate agents. One of our flight attendants was Jamaican and her voice was so soothing over the intercom. There was a younger one who was speaking so fast. She sounded new and nervous. They were nice on each flight. They are currently hiring.
Inflight Food service. My menu was missing from seat pocket but it’s also available on app. Snacks and beverages for purchase. Complimentary tea and water. Accepts cards and Apple Pay. I brought my own snacks, kids had bagels from Dunkin and I already had my coffee.
Overall I enjoyed my flight departing and arriving. I will definitely be booking again!
