Meet Janice | Lauren Simone Publishing

Janice Polite, a Connecticut native, is an educator of the “little people” at Silva’s Youth of Today Childcare Learning Center. She has taught young people for over 30 years. “Ms. Sissy” as she is affectionately called by her students continues to teach and motivate preschoolers to embrace literacy. She joined Lauren Simone Publishing in 2022 and has since published A Worm Named Small, a picture book about being small in a big world.
