Talent in Your Face

Olivia Lauren, a 9 year old girl from East Hartford, CT, is an actor, model, and author. At the age of 7, she was introduced to modeling. She has since been in over a dozen runway shows in NY, NJ, FL, and CT. Modeling subsequently led her to acting. Once at a fashion show in New Jersey, a NY talent manager recruited Olivia, and she got her start as a background actor. Since then, Olivia Lauren has been featured in numerous music videos (Black Violin's Stereotype; Alge's My daughter's living room; Alex Ferriera's Polaridad), TV shows (including The Path on Hulu, Madam Secretary, Jim Gaffigan, Unbreakable Jimmy Schmidt), short films, theatrical productions (Winnie the Pooh, Passion of the King), commercials (e.g., I love NY, Hasbro Gaming Crate), public service announcements (e.g., Discover the forest, Institute of Humane Education), parodies (Commuter Barbie), and print and digital magazines. Olivia and her mom agreed that Olivia should write about all her adventures and share with other children. In 2017, the Olivia Lauren series was birthed with the release of "Occupations A to Z", "Olivia Travels" and "Guide to becoming an actor". Her family opened a small independent publishing company, called Lauren Simone Publishing House, named after Olivia Lauren and her older sister, Alyssa Simone. The goal of the organization is to provide a platform for other child authors and child illustrators to share their stories and showcase their talent. #laurensimonepubs#olivialaurenseries #talentinyourface#youngauthor #writersofinstagram
